Refund Eligibility

         Physical Books: Refunds are available only for physical books that are received in a torn or damaged condition, or if the wrong book was delivered. Books must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. Proof of purchase is required.

          

         E-books and Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, e-books and other digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

          

         Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.

Timeframes

         Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 6 to 8 business days.

          

         Replacement Processing Time: If you request a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, the replacement will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Return/Replace Request Process

1.     Initiate Return/Replace: To initiate a return or replacement, contact our customer support team at mdclasseshelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return/replacement.

2.     Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3.     Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-refundable/Non-cancellable Products and Services

         E-books and Digital Products: As mentioned, e-books and other digital content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

         Customized Orders: Any customized or special-order books are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Cancellation Policy

         Order Cancellation before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at mdclasseshelp@gmail.com If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund within 2 working days.

          

         Order Cancellation after Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item only if it meets the conditions mentioned in our refund eligibility policy.

          

         Cancellation Fees: There are no cancellation fees for orders cancelled before dispatch. However, if the order has already been dispatched, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
